Job summary

Usave Power is seeking a Billing Manager to deliver Bureau Services, handle client administration, and ensure accurate invoicing and portfolio support. You will work closely with Account Managers and the Head of Bureau to resolve queries, provide timely reporting, and maintain critical documentation.

The role emphasizes excellent administration, advanced Excel skills, and strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced energy environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent administration skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Evidence of strong IT skills, including intermediate to advanced Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
• Experience of data entry, data validation, and working with databases on a day-to-day basis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and manage complex information.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience within the energy, utilities, procurement, or contract management sector would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for client delivery of Bureau Services such as invoice validation, queries, contract transfers and portfolio management.
• Liaise with the Team Manager and Account Managers to resolve any client queries quickly.
• Manage client complaints/queries ensuring that the correct query resolution procedure is being followed.
• Manage the acceptance process and support successful registration of supplies.
• Delivering all the clients administration needs.
• Prepare templated monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting as per the agreed workplan.
• Assist with maintaining documentation - operating procedures & templates, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
