NFU Mutual's Telford Agency is hiring a Client Adviser to deliver first‑class service across personal and commercial policies. You’ll handle new business quotations, policy changes, claims and renewals, and work to targets in a friendly team.
The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm, with no weekends. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and IT literacy (CRM experience preferred) are important, along with a GCSE C in Maths and English.
