Job Description

What will you be doing?

To provide full administrative support to Financial Planners. Responsible for new business and client servicing – taking complete ownership of the end-to-end client journey to deliver a positive client experience, while adhering to regulatory standards.

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Work closely with the aligned Financial Planners to deliver a positive experience to our clients.
  • Build relationships with clients, maintain regular contact, and pro-actively manage each stage of the client’s journey.
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.
  • Request policy information from third-party policy providers if applicable.
  • Liaise with operational teams where support is provided on activities such as valuations, transfers, withdrawals, account opening, and static data changes.
  • Prepare meeting packs and valuations.
  • Liaise with Investment Managers on Dual Expert cases.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • National 5 (N5) Grade C in Maths and English or above, which is equivalent to GCSE in England.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Proven experience working in the financial services industry.
  • A strong ethic of client service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, influencing and organizational skills.
  • Ability to use judgment and reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
