Lentells Ltd, a well-established accountancy practice in the South-west, is looking for an Accounts Manager to own a diverse client portfolio. The role is full time (37.5 hours per week) and based at the Chard Office, reporting to the Staffing Director.

• Experience in accounts and tax returns.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main point of contact for clients and their portfolios
• Reviewing accounts, tax returns, VAT returns and preparing insightful reports
• Drafting professional correspondence and letters to clients
• Raising accurate invoices in a timely manner
• Ensuring deadlines are met for both you and your team
• Monitoring and following up on outstanding fees
• Handling new client enquiries with confidence and clarity
• Liaising with external stakeholders such as HMRC on behalf of clients
• Supporting directors with their workload as needed
