Job summary

Chorley based accountancy practice is seeking a Client Manager to oversee a varied portfolio from sole traders to limited companies. You will develop and maintain strong client relationships, understand each business and plan monthly jobs in line with year ends.

Qualifications

• Must have worked in a similar role for an accountancy practice.
• Ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of CCH software.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Understanding the nature of clients' businesses and how they operate.
• Keeping clients' promises and addressing clients' questions promptly.
• Planning monthly jobs in line with year ends.
• Meeting monthly planning targets.
• Completing Personal Tax Returns for portfolio clients in conjunction with the completion of accounts.
• Reviewing, completion and presentation of accounts to clients.
• Supervising team members to ensure timely completion of planned work.
