Qualifications

• Review accounts, tax returns and VAT returns for a portfolio of clients.
• Prepare insightful reports and professional correspondence for clients.
• Draft accurate invoices and monitor outstanding fees.
• Ensure deadlines are met and support directors with workload.
• Liaise with HMRC and other external stakeholders on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and their portfolios.
• Review accounts, tax returns, VAT returns and preparing insightful reports.
• Draft professional correspondence and letters to clients.
• Raise accurate invoices in a timely manner.
• Ensure deadlines are met for both you and your team.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding fees.
• Handle new client enquiries with confidence and clarity.
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as HMRC on behalf of clients.
