IKEA Warrington is looking for a Click & Collect Assistant to join our fulfilment team. You will be picking, packing and preparing orders for Click & Collect, home delivery and in-store collection in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The role involves stock handling, using handheld systems and supporting colleagues to ensure orders are accurate and ready for customers. 18 hours per week across 4 days and 3 of 4 weekends, with an hourly rate of £13.45.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or stock handling experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to prioritise and organise your workload effectively, with strong attention to detail.
• Physically capable of carrying out manual handling tasks.
• Comfortable using computers, handheld devices and internal systems to support stock accuracy and order fulfilment.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptable and able to switch between tasks while working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Pick, check and prepare customer orders for Click & Collect, home delivery and in-store collection.
• Provide an efficient and accurate collection experience, handing over orders and supporting customers when they arrive in store.
• Receive stock, replenish products and maintain accurate inventory to ensure strong product availability for customers.
• Use IKEA systems and handheld technology to support order fulfilment and stock accuracy.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure orders are correct, complete and free from damage.
• Support the returns process by handling returned products accurately and ensuring they are made available for sale as quickly as possible.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment, including general housekeeping and stock organisation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the store to improve the customer experience and support fulfilment operations.
• Follow all IKEA health, safety and security procedures and actively contribute to a safe environment for customers and co-workers.
• Safely use manual handling equipment and work around warehouse machinery, such as pump trucks and forklifts, in accordance with training and safety guidelines.

• Hourly rate of £13.45 per hour
• 18 hours weekly, working 4 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends.
• Working hours are between 7am - 10:30pm.
