Job summary

We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and proactive Clerical Officer to join the Imaging team.

The post holder will work under the direction of the Patient Admin Manager to provide administrative support, ensuring that targets are met and supporting our forward-thinking Imaging Department.

The role requires a high standard of English language skills and experience working in a clerical environment.

The position may include evening and weekend work.

Main duties of the job
  1. Provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support for the Imaging Department in accordance with Departmental, Trust, and National standards, policies, and procedures.
  2. Provide appropriate advice and guidance to patients and colleagues.
  3. This role requires effective time management to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and handle interruptions efficiently. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure, is essential.
  4. Liaise with team members at all levels, maintaining professionalism to ensure high standards of work and knowledge.
