Job summary

NHS Forth Valley is seeking a motivated individual with clerical experience to work within the Sexual Health Department. The post holder will perform professional and confidential clerical duties within the Unit and may be required to work in a variety of locations. Evening shifts may be required.

Excellent communication and keyboarding skills are essential, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team and to prioritise tasks within set timescales.

Job description

We require a motivated individual with clerical experience, to work within the Sexual Health Department. The post holder will be expected to undertake professional and confidential clerical duties within the Unit. The post holder will be expected to work evening shifts as required.

It is essential that you are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills, being able to work on your own, using initiative, as well as working as part of a team. You should have good keyboarding skills and able to prioritise tasks to enable you to work within a timescale. In order to meet the needs of the service, the successful applicant will be required to vary the pattern of working hours and will be required to work in a variety of various locations.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
