Salary Scale: £26,869 - £28,998 per annum
A vacancy has arisen within the Property Department for a full-time Clerical Assistant based at Ninewells Hospital.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with good organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), and the ability to prioritise workload efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively within tight deadlines. Previous experience in an office environment is essential.
Applicants should possess SVQ Level 3 in Administration and/or equivalent NHS-relevant experience, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in work approach.
