A vacancy has arisen within the Property Department for a full-time Clerical Assistant based in Ninewells Hospital.
We are looking for an enthusiastic staff member who possesses good organisational skills, is skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), and can prioritise their workload efficiently and accurately. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Previous experience in an office environment is required.
You should possess SVQ Level 3 in Administration and/or equivalent NHS-relevant experience and demonstrate flexibility in your work approach.
Hours of work are: 37 per week (Monday – Friday).
