Snap Inc. is recruiting a Production Technician / Engineer to join the Manufacturing Team.

The role requires wearing a full cleanroom suit and working primarily in the cleanroom, performing hands-on manufacturing, assembly and testing of products in a fast-paced environment. You will support a 2-shift rotating schedule, set up and operate production equipment, monitor processes and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Production Technician or Engineer in a similar fabrication environment.
• Level 3 diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and production KPI monitoring is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Wear a full cleanroom suit as part of daily duties and work in cleanroom production.
• Perform hands-on manufacturing, assembly and testing of products to established procedures.
• Support 2-shift rotating production with equipment setup, operation and shutdown.
• Monitor processes, troubleshoot equipment and identify deviations.
• Contribute to process improvements to boost efficiency, yield and reduce costs.
• Assist in development and validation of new manufacturing processes and technologies.
• Ensure adherence to engineering principles, quality standards and SOPs.
• Provide timely feedback to shifts to maintain continuity and address issues.
