Search Consultancy LTD is seeking a Production Operator for the Early and Back Shift in a regulated manufacturing environment. You will join a specialist production team in a cleanroom, focusing on accuracy, documentation and adherence to procedures.

The role involves filling, labelling and packing products, testing with liquid agents, and contributing to shift handovers. Training is provided with clear progression from entry level up to Level 3, offering development within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated environments such as FMCG/manufacturing.
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately and maintain records.
• Strong attention to detail and strict adherence to procedures.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom or semi-confined environment.
• Positive attitude toward learning and developing new skills.
• Reliable and motivated to progress within the role.

Responsibilities

• Filling, labelling and packing products.
• Using liquids to test products before packing.
• Working in a semi-confined cleanroom environment.
• Carrying out tasks in a fast-paced production setting.
• Observing cell growth and grouping blood types as part of production.
• Maintaining accurate production documentation.
• Following procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
