Job summary

Kingdom Services Group Ltd in New Milton is seeking a hands-on Cleanroom Operative to join the production team on a day shift.

This role works within a cleanroom environment, supporting manufacturing activities to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in production, manufacturing or assembly.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects.
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions.
  • Good manual dexterity handling small components.
  • Experience operating machinery or production equipment.
  • Understanding of quality standards and inspection processes.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Carry out visual inspections and quality checks on products.
  • Follow SOPs, work instructions and cleanroom procedures accurately.
  • Assemble and handle small precision components.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and contamination control.
  • Record production information accurately using systems or paperwork.
  • Work towards production targets without compromising quality.
  • Support continuous improvement and team objectives.
  • Maintain a safe and organised working environment.

Are you looking for a hands-on role within a clean, quality-focused manufacturing environment?

Do you have experience in production, assembly or machine operation and enjoy working to high standards with strong attention to detail?

We’re supporting a manufacturing company in New Milton who are looking to recruit a Cleanroom Operative to join their production team on a day shift.

What’s the role all about?

This is a production-based role working within a cleanroom environment, supporting manufacturing activities to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll be involved in a range of duties including machine operation, inspection and following strict cleanroom procedures.

Due to the nature of the environment, all staff must adhere to strict contamination control standards including:

  • No mobile phones in the cleanroom
  • No makeup
  • No jewellery or piercings
  • Full compliance with gowning and hygiene procedures

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Carry out visual inspections and quality checks on products
  • Follow SOPs, work instructions and cleanroom procedures accurately
  • Assemble and handle small precision components
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and contamination control
  • Record production information accurately using systems or paperwork
