About the Role

We have an opportunity for a Cleaning Technician to join our team, based in Hull. Working as part of the team, you will be working alongside a Caretaker, carrying out cleaning duties in our properties.

Key Responsibilities

1. Undertaking general caretaking duties including cleaning communal areas such as stairs, doors, and windows.
2. Identifying and reporting potential hazards or faults on site to maintain a safe environment.
3. Providing accurate and timely updates on the progress of assigned work.
4. Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and stock levels are adequate.
5. Maintaining a professional, courteous, and customer-friendly approach in all tasks.

Skills and Experience

1. Experience in general cleaning duties is essential.
2. Practical experience in operating cleaning machinery.
3. Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
4. Experience working to deadlines and managing workload priorities.
5. Valid UK driving license required for driving company vehicles.
