Job Overview:

Join our Engineering Team at Telent to innovate and develop solutions, working closely with technical experts. Contribute to maintaining the nation's critical infrastructure by supporting our 24/7 Network Operations Centre (NOC).

Responsibilities:
  1. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding according to KPIs.
  2. Create incident tickets based on customer reports.
  3. Action Service Requests and allocate tickets to support teams.
  4. Manage incident tickets with updates and resolutions.
  5. Coordinate traffic management and liaise with utility companies during outages.
  6. Communicate with customers about network incidents.
Candidate Profile:

Experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably within a NOC environment.

Key Requirements:
  • Experience in 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
