Responsibilities

• Support line manager in shift cleaning, waste and customer service.
• Deliver rota and maintain staffing levels.
• Motivate and monitor team to high standards.
• Maintain welfare and discipline per policies.
• Manage cleaning equipment, consumables and stock.
• Ensure equipment is in good order and report faults.
• Monitor standards in external areas and respond to tasks.
• Ensure safe work practices per health and safety regulations.
• Assist with inductions and training for new starters.
• Support HR responsibilities to retain the shift team.
