Churchill is seeking a Cleaning Team Leader to supervise and support the cleaning team at Mercantile House, Portsmouth. The role combines hands-on cleaning duties with team leadership and client liaison to ensure high cleaning standards.

The position is part-time, with evening hours Monday to Thursday and Friday, and requires DBS clearance. You will work as part of a friendly, growing FM services team in Portsmouth.

• Experience in cleaning operations and team supervision.
• DBS clearance required.
• Ability to cover cleaning duties as needed.

Contract Type: Part-time

Weekly Hours: 10
Monday – Thursday 5.30 pm – 7.30 pm
Friday 5.00 pm – 7.00 pm

Salary: Hourly rate £ 13.21

Cleaning is Churchill’s largest long-established business area and as a Cleaning Team Leader you will have the all-important duty of enhancing our clients’ spaces. You’ll be part of a friendly team, all working together to create outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy.

As Cleaning Team Leader, you will support the Site/Account Manager by ensuring cleaning standards across the Mercantile Houseare met and maintained across all sites and company policies are adhered too. You will take an active role in training new team members and will liaise with clients as and when required.

This is a hands-on role which will include covering cleaning duties. You’ll be part of a friendly team, all working together to create outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy.
