Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking a Cleaning Group Supervisor in Portsmouth (PO1) to oversee cleaning standards across university buildings, train new team members and liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction. The role supports the Site/Account Manager and contributes to safe, clean environments.

The role offers a permanent contract with split shifts (30 hours per week) at £13.50 per hour, with opportunities for training and career progression within Churchill's growing FM team.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cleaning teams preferred.
• Ability to train new team members.
• Strong client liaison skills.
• DBS security clearance required.

Contract Type: Permanent

Weekly Hours: 30 Split shift
Monday – Friday 6.30 am – 9.30 am
4.30 pm – 7.30 pm

Salary: £13.50 / Hour

As Cleaning Supervisor, you will support the Site/Account Manager by ensuring cleaning standards across the Universtiy Buildingsare met and maintained across all sites and company policies are adhered too. You will take an active role in training new team members and will liaise with clients as and when required.
