Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor in Norwich to lead a small team and ensure high cleaning standards across multiple sites. The role involves supporting the Site/Account Manager, training new staff, and coordinating with clients to meet service expectations.

The position is part-time with a 12.5-hour work week, offering a collaborative environment within Churchill’s employee-owned structure and opportunities for development and training.

• Support the Site/Account Manager by ensuring cleaning standards across Norfolk House are met and maintained across all sites and company policies.
• Take an active role in training new team members and liaise with clients as required.

You will take an active role in training new team members and will liaise with clients as and when required.
