Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations and uphold high standards across multiple sites. You will lead a team, train new staff, and liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction.

This role focuses on maintaining safe, clean environments while supporting the Site/Account Manager and ensuring adherence to company policies. An opportunity to contribute to a growing FM provider with inclusive culture.

Cleaning is Churchill’s largest long-established business area and as a Cleaning Supervisor you will have the all-important duty of enhancing our clients’ spaces. You’ll be part of a friendly team, all working together to create outstandingly clean and safe environments that make our clients happy.

As Cleaning Supervisor, you will support the Site/Account Manager by ensuring cleaning standards across the Lakey Laneare met and maintained across all sites and company policies are adhered too. You will take an active role in training new team members and will liaise with clients as and when required.
