Job summary

Equans is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Witton Park Academy, BB2 6TD, on a permanent basis, 30 hours per week. The salary is £20,295.60 per annum plus benefits.

You will lead the on-site cleaning team, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and service delivery in the school. The role requires previous cleaning supervisory experience and BPSS vetting may be required; shift pattern is Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Cleaner.
• Experience in Managing a Team of Cleaners.
• At least one year of experience within a customer-focused environment.
• Ability to acquire BPSS vetting

• 6.00 till 8.00 AM
• Shift 2
• 15.15 till 19.15 PM

What will you deliver?

To act as ‘hands on’ lead and front line Supervisor for the site cleaning team to ensure a high standard of cleanliness in the school premises is maintained and a quality service is delivered.
