About The Role:

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, variable hours between 06:00 and 16:30

As Cleaning Team Leader, you will support the Account Manager & Supervisor in overseeing the day-to-day supervision and long-term development of the contract.

Key responsibilities:

• To provide effective supervision to build a strong and effective working relationship with our colleagues.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through provision of a quality service as laid down in thecontract specifications and controlled by the Account Manager.
• To deputise the Team Supervisor role when required during absence and annual leave.
• To ensure that stock levels are adequate to meet site specification and advise Account Manager when an order needs to be placed.
• Oversee the training of team members to carry out their duties and responsibilities efficiently and in line with health and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
• Proven experience in a similar role, with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to enforce them.
