Job Description:
This is an opportunity for a hard-working, honest, flexible, dependable, self-motivated person to join Abingdon & Witney College’s Estates department as an Estates Cleaning Team Leader for the Abingdon Campus. Reporting to the Estates Supervisor, the successful candidate will supervise the cleaning team daily to ensure that there are sufficient cleaning staff to meet each day’s demands, and that all duties are carried out to the college’s cleaning specification.
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and supervising a team and possess an eye for detail and a hands-on approach to duties.
