Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Manager to lead our cleaning team. You will supervise all cleaning duties across floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms, and manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment as required.

The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience in cleaning, strong customer service, and the ability to meet deadlines with flexible hours. We offer training through the OCS Academy, Wagestream wage access, and a supportive,

Qualifications

• Experience as a manager or supervisor in cleaning or similar field.
• Experience with staffing, rotas, training and basic HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work to deadlines and prioritise with flexible hours and days.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and assisting cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms and other ad hoc areas.
• Managing staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment as required.
• Identify training needs on-site and conduct training where possible, keeping records.
• Involvement with investigations such as accidents or disciplinary matters.
• Monitor cleaning products on-site, maintain stock levels and submit orders in line with budgets.
