Job summary

Sasse, the Home of a family business, is recruiting a Part-time Cleaning Supervisor for the Wolfson Computer Science site in Oxford. The role covers 5am–8am, Monday to Friday, with a 15-hour weekly commitment and a starting rate of £14.66 per hour.

You will lead cleaning activities, perform duties as needed, and help with rotas and basic staff management. Training and progression opportunities are provided in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that high-quality cleaning services are delivered in a timely manner, including daily and deep cleaning of premises, as well as participating in quality auditing systems when required.
• You will also be required to carry out cleaning duties as part of the role.
• Ensuring that both you and your team are working in a safe and healthy manner, in full compliance with client and internal Health & Safety standards.
• Always act responsibly and professionally, ensuring you represent Sasse in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner.
• Assist with weekly rotas, scheduling, and holiday management when required, as well as basic staff management tasks.
• Delivering timely, efficient, and courteous service on customer sites.
• Full training and support will be provided by our team, no formal qualifications are needed.
