Job summary

Sasse is recruiting a Part-time Cleaning Operative for the Chelmsford site (CM1 1SQ). Morning shift, Mon–Fri, 5 am–9 am, 20 hours per week.

You will clean communal areas, empty waste, and maintain high hygiene standards on site, with full training provided. No formal qualifications are required; we offer a rewards platform, pension, cycle-to-work and salary sacrifice schemes, and opportunities for development.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the communal areas of buildings inside and outdoors.

• Follow digital cleaning schedules and supervisor instructions.
• Work safely and follow Health & Safety procedures at all times.
• Deliver courteous service on customer sites.
• Full training and support will be provided by our team.

The Role

As a Cleaning operative, you will play an essential role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• General cleaning of the communal areas of buildings inside and outdoor
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout your allocated area
• Emptying bins and removing waste
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and sanitising surfaces
• Following digital cleaning schedules and supervisor instructions
• Working safely and following Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Delivering timely, efficient, and courteous service on customer sites.
• Full training and support will be provided by our team, no formal qualifications are needed
