OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to lead on-site operations in Poole. You will coordinate a team of cleaners, maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations, and report to the Site Manager.

You will train new staff, conduct inspections, liaise with clients, and ensure efficient use of supplies. The role requires proactive leadership, reliable punctuality, and strong communication to support on-site operations.

Formación

• The right to work in the UK is required.
• Experience coordinating a cleaning team in similar environments.
• Knowledge of COSHH and health & safety compliance.
• Experience training and induction of staff.
• Strong communication with clients and team.

Responsabilidades

• Be the client and manager's main point of contact on site.
• Coordinate and drive a team on site while performing core cleaning duties.
• Assist with training and induction of new staff and maintain training records.
• Lead by example and follow safety procedures and method statements.
• Ensure cleaning tasks meet high standards and quality control.
• Conduct regular site inspections for quality assurance.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment and maintain them in good condition.
• Address operational issues and implement solutions for smooth operations.
