OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to organise day-to-day cleaning operations across the school site. You will manage schedules, staff numbers, training, and stock to ensure a consistently high standard of cleanliness.

You will monitor health & safety, liaise with the Area Supervisor and school stakeholders, and recruit and induct new staff while maintaining records and logs. The role offers on-site hours from Monday to Friday, with a focus on delivering reliable,

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a cleaning environment, preferably in a PPP environment.
• BICSc certification is required for this role.
• Experience with ISO management systems and audits.
• Strong IT and computer skills; ability to manage schedules and logs.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a flexible daily cleaning schedule for all internal areas.
• Prioritise key school areas in the schedule and monitor performance.
• Liaise with Head Janitor and review the weekly calendar for lettings/events.
• Ensure client satisfaction and complete daily cleaning logs.
• Recruit, induct and supervise cleaning staff; manage timesheets.
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed and staff training is delivered.
