Formación

• Two years’ experience in cleaning outside the home environment.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety at Work NI Order 1978 is desirable.
• Familiarity with cleaning methods and machinery.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organise and control cleaning staff to meet EA standards; supervise on site.
• Provide induction and refresher training for cleaning staff.
• Maintain records of attendance, holidays, and inventory.
• Liaise with building manager on day-to-day cleaning issues.
• Ensure materials and equipment are stocked and assets kept in good condition.
