Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Experience writing professional emails and correspondence.
• Ability to produce accurate management reports.
• Experience managing employee absence and personnel records.
• Experience taking meeting notes and documenting outcomes.
• Understanding of disciplinary and grievance procedures.
• Experience supporting investigations and maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong document control and record management skills.
• Knowledge of COSHH, RIDDOR and health and safety requirements.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and individuals.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Shift management duties: assign jobs, check work, audit using the Element app, manage holidays.
• Admin and people management duties: absence management, record keeping, investigations, disciplinary support, document control, report writing, professional communication.
• Maintain cleaning cupboards and equipment, perform weekly checks, ensure company standards compliance.
