Job summary

ABM is seeking a shift management administrator in Coventry to lead daily operations, assign tasks, audit using the Element app, and ensure compliance with standards while handling holidays and return-to-work interviews.

You will perform administrative duties, manage absence processes, maintain records and documentation, and support training, communications, reports, and welfare activities; cleaning experience and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of COSHH, RIDDOR and health and safety requirements.
• Experience managing employee absence and personnel records.
• Experience writing professional emails and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Undertake shift management duties, assign jobs, check completed work, audit using the Element app, maintain standards, conduct return-to-work interviews and manage holidays.
• Administer absence management, record keeping, investigations, disciplinary support, document control, report writing and professional communication.
• Maintain cleaning cupboards and equipment, perform weekly checks, ensure compliance with company standards.
