Compass Group UK&I is hiring a Cleaning Supervisor to support the smooth operation of our facilities. This full-time role is contracted to 40 hours per week, with Mon-Fri day shifts, and a 50.2-week year.

You will supervise a team, ensure deliveries are checked and stored, handle stock orders, rota planning, and uphold food safety and health and safety standards. We offer a pension, career development, healthcare perks, travel discounts, and more.

• Previous experience supervising frontline teams in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
• Supervising a team, creating a positive environment where the team feel welcomed and supported
• Being a responsible key holder
• Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
• Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
• Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
• Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
• Compying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
