A leading council is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join their Facilities and Estates Department. The successful candidate will oversee cleaning teams, ensuring a clean and safe environment for students and staff. We are seeking a reliable Cleaner Supervisor to join our Federation team, working within the Facilities and Estates Department. The successful candidate will be working with a small team, and a range of appropriate equipment, materials, tools and machinery to ensure jobs are completed effectively. Don't delay! The Vale Federation of Schools incorporates Booker Park Primary Special School and Stocklake Park Secondary Special School, across 2 campuses. Booker Park School currently educates 243 pupils and Stocklake Park School 108 pupils, including a Sixth Form.
Our extensive facilities include a hydrotherapy pool, soft play centre, sensory, swing rooms, rebound trampoline, library audio suite and multiple outdoor activity and learning areas. Reporting directly to the Premises Manager, the candidate will be responsible for supervising the cleaning teams across both of the schools, including liaising with contractors, to ensure all cleaning is completed to the highest standards, delivering a clean and safe environment for all our pupils, staff and visitors. Coordinating the cleaning supplies stock and supporting the ordering process are key requirements, hence attention to detail and accuracy of reporting will be required.

The successful candidate will be someone who is committed to completing a job to a high standard, and is able to observe and adhere to the Health & Safety, First Aid and Emergency procedures.Experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage.
