Job summary

Kenect Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a reliable Cleaning Supervisor for a Wrexham site, working 14:00–21:00 on a temporary-to-permanent basis. You will lead a small on-site team to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.

The role requires previous cleaning and supervisory experience, with responsibility for on-site cleaning tasks, safety, and stock checks of supplies. Warehouse cleaning experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervising a team of cleaners on site.
• Ensuring all cleaning work completed is in line with company policy and expectations.
• General cleaning of Warehouse and site facilities.
• Clean and sanitise all designated areas, including floors, toilets, communal areas, and touchpoints
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as required
• Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with company procedures
• Clean glass surfaces, mirrors, and other fixtures
• Replenish cleaning supplies and report low stock levels
• Ensure cleaning equipment is used and stored safely
• Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
• Respond promptly to any spillages or cleaning requirements
• Carry out any additional cleaning duties as required

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team onsite, ensuing all cleaning tasks are completed on time and in line with company policy.
