Mrs Buckét Cleaning Services is seeking a Site Cleaning Supervisor to lead a on-site cleaning team in Sunderland, working Monday to Friday from 3pm to 8pm.

You will oversee daily operations, quality checks, stock management, and health and safety compliance while building strong client relationships and representing the company.

Purpose:

To lead and coordinate on-site cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety and service delivery are consistently achieved.

The role plays a key part in supervising the cleaning team, maintaining quality standards, and building strong client relationships, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Through effective organisation, communication and leadership, the Site Cleaning Supervisor contributes to customer satisfaction, team performance and the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the site cleaning team to ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently delivered, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and business success.

Plan and oversee daily cleaning operations, carrying out regular quality checks and addressing any issues promptly to maintain service excellence.

Ensure all cleaning materials and consumables are ordered in a timely manner and that appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times.

Maintain all company equipment to a safe and operational standard, reporting faults or issues promptly and ensuring correct use by the team.

Uphold full compliance with health and safety policies, reporting accidents, near misses, and hazards, and taking appropriate action where required.

Maintain accurate site records and documentation, ensuring paperwork is completed and submitted in line with company requirements.

Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with the client, responding to queries, providing updates, and proactively managing expectations.

Support the induction, training, and ongoing development of team members, guiding new starters and monitoring performance.

Ensure site security by managing keys, access cards and alarm procedures responsibly at all times.

Provide operational cover for staff absences, including stepping in at short notice to ensure continuity of service delivery.

Act as a role model and ambassador for the company, maintaining a professional appearance in full uniform and demonstrating company values at all times.
