Job summary

Mrs Buckét is seeking a part-time, permanent entry-level cleaner in Wales. The role runs Monday to Thursday, 1:30pm–5:30pm, with full training to operate cleaning machinery and ensure PPE compliance.

You’ll contribute to high cleaning standards across warehouse, offices, and production areas, while engaging with clients during visits. Join a supportive team with onsite parking and a structured training programme.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively at a fast pace in challenging manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication skills and confident engaging with people at all levels.
• Motivated, proactive, and energetic.
• Confident with change and adaptable to new situations.
• Will ing and able to complete site-specific Health and Safety training.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery and use innovative methods to maintain high cleaning standards (full training provided).
• Ensure full PPE compliance across relevant areas of the site.
• Communicate effectively with the client, especially where 24-hour site operations are in place.
• Support the delivery of exceptional standards during key client visits.
• Monitor and report cleaning supply requirements and stock levels.
• Report any Health and Safety issues to the Supervisor or Site Lead promptly.
• Clean to an extremely high standard across varied site areas, including warehouse, offices, meeting rooms, receptions, toilets, and production zones.
