Job summary

Mrs Buckét is seeking a part-time entry-level cleaner to join our team in Wales. You will work Monday to Friday, 15:30–18:00, gaining extensive training and supporting a high-standard cleaning service across multiple site areas.

With a strong focus on safety, reliability and positive client interactions, you will contribute to a clean and productive environment while developing professional skills and benefiting from an employee-friendly rewards programme.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work quickly and accurately in manufacturing settings.
• Willing to learn and follow site procedures and safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery and maintain high cleaning standards (full training provided).
• Ensure PPE compliance across the site and report health and safety issues.
• Communicate effectively with the client, especially during 24-hour site operations.
• Support delivery of exceptional standards during client visits and audits.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and stock levels, reordering as needed.
• Clean varied areas including warehouse, offices, meeting rooms, receptions, toilets and production zones.

Responsibilities:

Operate cleaning machinery and use innovative methods to maintain high cleaning standards (full training provided). Ensure full PPE compliance across relevant areas of the site. Communicate effectively with the client, especially where 24-hour site operations are in place. Support the delivery of exceptional standards during key client visits. Monitor and report cleaning supply requirements and stock levels. Report any Health and Safety issues to the Supervisor or Site Lead promptly. Clean to an extremely high standard across varied site areas, including warehouse, offices, meeting rooms, receptions, toilets, and production zones.
