Job summary

South Yorkshire Police is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor for the Estates & Facilities Management team, located in Carbrook. The role oversees operational cleaning to specified standards across designated sites, with a pro rata salary of £28,914–£31,749 and 18.5 hours per week.

Qualifications

  • Industrial cleaning work history with experience in multi-site locations.
  • Experience working to specification standards and cleaning protocols.
  • COSHH training and chemical identification knowledge.
  • Full driving licence required for site mobility.
  • Proficient with basic computer packages (Word, Excel).
  • Good written and oral communication; willing to work unsociable hours.

Key responsibilities

Skills and experience
  • Industrial Cleaning Work History.
  • Experience of working to specifications. 764/1 & 764/2 qualification or equivalent and BIC's Trained.
  • Trained in Chemical identification (COSHH) and experience of working and controlling multi-site locations.
  • Hold a full Driving Licence and experience of using computer packages such as Word and Excel.
  • Good communication both written and oral, and willing to work unsociable hours as required.
