South Yorkshire Police is seeking an HR Hub Assistant to provide administrative and transactional support to Recruitment within the HR Hub. The role focuses on data accuracy and delivering high-quality service to stakeholders in a hybrid setting at Carbrook, Sheffield.

Salary: £25,242 - £27,204 (Pro Rata)
Hours: 16 (Monday & Tuesday)
Contract Type: Permanent
In this role you will provide administrative, transactional, and operational assistance relating to Recruitment. This role involves handling various HR tasks, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering high-quality service to our stakeholders.
Working alongside the other areas of specialism within the team: Employee Relations and Onboarding and Workforce Planning, you will contribute to a flexible and resilient service by developing proficiencies in multiple disciplines within the HR Hub and offering continuous system administration support for Oracle Guided Learning to ensure the product is fit for purpose.

Applicants must meet the minimum requirement checkable history criteria, which must be taken into account for individuals applying to work with South Yorkshire Police in any capacity.
