Samsic UK is recruiting a Permanent Part Time School Cleaning Supervisor based in Redditch. The role runs Monday to Friday, 2pm–6pm, overseeing a team of cleaners and ensuring high standards of cleanliness. An enhanced UK DBS check and safeguarding checks are required.

You will receive £13.71 per hour, with tools, uniform, PPE, and training provided. Free onsite parking and ongoing professional development are offered as part of the role.

Formación

• Experience with cleaning operations preferred.

Samsic UK is recruiting for a Permanent Part Time School CleaningSupervisor to provide a professional facilities management service based inRedditch (B98 0EN).

The position is to work Monday to Friday2pm-6pm.

As per the necessities of this position, all successful applicants will require a UK Criminal Record (Enhanced, England & Wales) check to be conducted. By applying to this position, you acknowledge that this is a requirement of the job role.

Due to Safeguarding legislation KCSIE 2025 we will also need to undertake further online checks and seeking previous employee references in writing.

You will receive £13.71 per hour paid Monthly unless specified otherwise.

Duties include but are not limited to, overseeing and supervising a team of cleaning operatives and you will be responsible for completing timesheets, ordering stock, monitoring cleaning standards and completing any necessary documentation such as Return to Works, Near Misses etc.

You will have your own area of responsibility/duties which will be cleaning sanitary areas, emptying bins, mopping, using floor cleaning machinery, disinfecting touch points, restocking soap/hand towels, and general cleaning.

• Flexibility to cover other shifts for when staff take annual leave is preferable.
• Training will be provided, however, cleaning experience of at least 1 year is preferable.
