Job summary

Samsic UK is recruiting for a Permanent Part Time School Cleaning Supervisor based in Handsworth, Birmingham. The role runs Monday to Friday, 2pm-6pm, supervised by a cleaning team leader.

A UK Criminal Record (Enhanced, England & Wales) check is required, with safeguarding checks and references as part of the process. £14.03 per hour, paid monthly.

Qualifications

• Health and safety conscious in the workplace.
• Flexibility to cover other shifts for annual leave.
• Cleaning experience of at least 1 year preferred.

Samsic UK is recruiting for a Permanent Part Time School CleaningSupervisor to provide a professional facilities management service based inHandsworth, Birmingham.

The position is to work Monday to Friday2pm-6pm.

As per the necessities of this position, all successful applicants will require a UK Criminal Record (Enhanced, England & Wales) check to be conducted. By applying to this position, you acknowledge that this is a requirement of the job role.

Due to Safeguarding legislation KCSIE 2025 we will also need to undertake further online checks and seeking previous employee references in writing.

£14.03 per hour paid Monthly unless specified otherwise.

Duties include but are not limited to, overseeing and supervising a team of cleaning operatives and you will be responsible for completing timesheets, ordering stock, monitoring cleaning standards and completing any necessary documentation such as Return to Works, Near Misses etc.

You will have your own area of responsibility/duties which will be cleaning sanitary areas, emptying bins, mopping, using floor cleaning machinery, disinfecting touch points, restocking soap/hand towels, and general cleaning.
