Job summary

A leading cleaning service provider is seeking a Site Cleaning Supervisor in Basildon to supervise cleaning staff, conduct inspections, and ensure quality standards are met. The ideal candidate should have experience managing cleaning teams and be IT literate. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 5:30pm to 8:30pm, with a pay rate of £13 per hour. This role is pivotal in providing excellent services to key customers.

Cleaning Supervisor

We are looking to recruit a Site Cleaning Supervisor to cover a key customer contract in Basildon, SS14.

• Monday - Friday
• 5:30pm - 8:30pm
• £13 per hour

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate cleaning operators to achieve the highest level of service to the client
• Effectively carry out site inspections using our in house system
• Managing staff rotas for the site, ensuring holiday and sickness is covered
• Ensure works are delivered to the required standards
• Complete stock management, documenting quantities and managing order process for stock

What are we looking for?

• Experience managing cleaning teams.
• IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
