Job summary

The Chiltern School is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team, ensuring classrooms, corridors and communal areas remain clean, safe and welcoming for pupils, staff and visitors. You will be a reliable, enthusiastic team player and act as a trusted key holder for the school site.

Hours are 18.5 per week (2.30pm–6.00pm Mon-Thu, 1.30pm–6.00pm Fri), term time plus inset days. The role requires an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references in line with safeguarding policies.

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who 'Dares to be Different' You will supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment across the school premises for pupils, staff and visitors, as well as serving as a trusted key holder for our school site.

You will be joining a fantastic team who go the extra mile for our amazing young people. In line with our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our students, appointments will be subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.

Hours of work are 18.5 per week (2.30pm - 6.00pm Monday to Thursday, 1.30pm - 6.00pm Friday), term time plus 5 inset days and 2 weeks in the school holidays for deep cleaning.
