Job summary

Vertas Group Limited is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our Facilities Team in Chelmsford, CM1. You will oversee cleaning operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and support staff on site. This role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4pm–8pm, year-round.

You'll need strong communication, be a team player, and make decisions with the company's best interests in mind as our cleaning services continue to grow across the region.

About the Role:

Based in Chelmsford, CM1, you will be working 20 hours per week, Mon - Fri 4pm - 8pm, 52 weeks per year. You'll play a key role in providing high-quality cleaning services to ensure our clients' environments are spotless, safe, and welcoming. Your responsibilities will include: Supervise cleaning operations across designated sites Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Support and cover cleaning staff during absences Respond to urgent cover needs across the region.
