Job summary

Mrs Buckét Cleaning Services in Cardiff is seeking reliable cleaners to operate cleaning machinery, maintain high standards, and follow full training provided. You will work across varied site areas such as offices, warehouses, and production zones, with a strong emphasis on PPE compliance.

The role requires effective communication with clients, ability to work at pace in challenging environments, and willingness to complete site-specific Health and Safety training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery and use innovative methods to maintain high cleaning standards (full training provided).
• Ensure full PPE compliance across relevant areas of the site.
• Communicate effectively with the client, especially where 24-hour site operations are in place.
• Support the delivery of exceptional standards during key client visits.
• Monitor and report cleaning supply requirements and stock levels.
• Report any Health and Safety issues to the Supervisor or Site Lead promptly.
• Clean to an extremely high standard across varied site areas, including warehouse, offices, meeting rooms, receptions, toilets, and production zones.
