Job summary

Mrs Buckét Cleaning Services is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to join our UK team on a full-time permanent basis. The role runs Monday to Friday, 05:30 to 14:00, across assigned site areas including offices, receptions, and production zones, with full training provided to maintain the highest standards.

You will work with on-site teams and clients, ensure PPE compliance and stock monitoring, and contribute to a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to work at a fast pace in manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication skills and confident engaging with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning machinery and use cleaning methods to maintain high standards (full training provided).
• Ensure full PPE compliance across relevant areas of the site.
• Communicate effectively with the client, especially where 24-hour site operations are in place.
• Support the delivery of exceptional standards during key client visits.
• Monitor and report cleaning supply requirements and stock levels.
• Report any Health and Safety issues promptly to the Supervisor or Site Lead.
• Clean to a high standard across offices, receptions, toilets, production zones, and warehouse.
