Job summary

Mrs Buckét Cleaning Services in Swansea is seeking a part-time cleaning operative to join our school cleaning team. The role operates Monday to Friday, 3pm–6pm, totaling 15 hours per week, with a focus on delivering high cleaning standards.

You will work closely with site staff, use initiative daily, and report any health and safety issues promptly, ensuring a safe, clean environment for students and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and high standards in designated school areas.
• Use initiative daily to deliver consistently high cleaning results.
• Liaise with the Supervisor, Site Lead, and staff to ensure smooth operation of the cleaning rota.
• Report cleaning supply needs and stock levels to your line manager.
• Immediately report any Health and Safety issues to the Supervisor or Site Lead.
• Clean to an extremely high standard with a focus on quality and detail.
