Job summary

Thorn Baker Group is seeking a reliable Cleaning Supervisor in Birmingham to lead a team of 8 cleaners across airside and landside areas. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety and hygiene standards, and manage scheduling and performance.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a hands-on approach to motivate staff while maintaining high cleaning standards in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, motivated and hands-on Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of 8 cleaners in Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations across both airside and landside areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety and service are consistently maintained.
