Job summary

JLL is seeking a Specialist Cleaning Operative for a 40-hour week (Sunday to Thursday, day shift 7:00–15:30) at Rolls-Royce, Filton, Bristol BS34. You will join a world-leading facilities management company with opportunities for career progression in a manufacturing environment.

Key duties include maintaining cleanliness and safety around production equipment, following health and safety procedures, and supporting the team to ensure high standards of quality and customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Ability to follow established health and safety procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete confined space training and other safety certifications.
• Physical stamina for demanding cleaning tasks.
• Desirable: BICs cleaning qualification or equivalent professional certification.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in manufacturing facility, perform cleaning tasks around production equipment, follow health & safety procedures, support team operations, respond to cleaning requirements that minimize operational disruption.

Essential Requirements:

Previous cleaning experience, preferably in industrial/manufacturing environment
